I purchased a Hunter II E-bike from Axcess in April and it had its 6-week free service. At the service, the faulty LCD Display unit was replaced and a squeak from the front wheel hub was cured. I have ridden 100 very enjoyable trouble-free miles since then. The Hunter II has been a great purchase and the Honiton shop has been very professional throughout.
