"Fantastic advice given when choosing my MBM ePrimavera. I wanted a simple powerful step through ebike that I can take the kids for a ride in the trailer and this ticked all the boxes. It's comfortable riding position made cycling a pleasure again, and I just love the colour - Sky Blue! I highly recommend popping in to see Peter at Axcess and trying the ePrimavera, you won't be disappointed."

"Great service and delighted with the bike. It\u2019s presence has transformed the way I go about the day. Prior to the electric bike I would rarely cycle in the winter (a head wind and hill proved discouraging) - now I rarely use the car. That\u2019s got to be a good thing!"

"I'm writing this not as an experienced rider but as a novice and I have to say the bike performed well and was easy to get to grips with. It was a great help on the hills and the acceleration needed when there was traffic about gave me confidence.picture of me on bike going over the tram bridge in Porto."

“I needed to buy a bike and get it back to a specialist for an adaption so really was in an extreme hurry when I arrived at Axcess Electric Bikes. Although very busy, the gentleman guided me to where both the new & used bikes were so that I could peruse while waiting. Mind made up, he very kindly helped get the bike into my transport. If it didn't fit, I couldn't have bought it as I don't live local. All sorted, he then did the paperwork and got me a helmet as quick as possible. I got back to the specialist, had the adaption completed and continued on my holiday journey. Since being home, I ride regularly and so far have no issues at all and am enjoying the freedom the bike gives me.”

“Great product knowledge and attention to detail. Nothing was any trouble. Love the look and utility on the Zycle model. Bought two and my partner feels the same. It’s semi folding configuration fits well in the motor home without the clutter and interlocking of the two fully folding bikes they replaced. Enjoying power assisted cycling very much indeed.”

“Loving my bike and my life back .. after a pretty bad car accident it meant I couldn't road bike again .. two years later I have bought a BH Emotion Rebel Lite Electric Bike from Axcess .. best investment out .. feeling great and escaping the norm on a very regular basis.
